I have recently been experimenting with motion blur and long exposure with my camera. I have seen some amazing examples online and thought I would give it a try. Here are my best efforts.
This picture was taken with a 1 second exposure and then I rolled the dice along and this was the result:
I found a lay-by on the A419 and I had a little bit of time so I stopped and set the exposure on my camera to 2.5 seconds. As the traffic drove past i took this picture. There weren't many cars on the road so I did have to wait a while. I think I will try this shot again on a road where there is more traffic.
This picture was taken with a long exposure and zooming in on the subject which in this case was a car. This is another technique that I will keep trying.
This picture was taken with a 5 second exposure. The picture was of a street lamp and I moved the camera to form an M shape. I really enjoyed taking this shot and will try different shapes in the future.
